Another community event we will be helping with is staffing the booths at Azalea Park for the Christmas Lights.

Current Projects

We will be providing Christmas gift bags to veterans in the community who are living alone. This is being done by our AVVA Chapter and Judi Anderson. There will be a letter from the Chapter thanking them for their service and letting them know, they are not alone. About 25 of these gifts bags will be given out and will nclude fresh fruit, nuts, candies and traditional holiday treats.

Quarterly donations to Roseberg, White City andThe Dalles veteran faculities of clothing and money for use of coupon/script use for residents and patients.

Periodic contribution to Brookings-Harbor Redshirts, who are a troop support group who ships packages to troops in harms way.
